Manuels is a nice, but not too nice, Mexican restaurant located near the Arboretum area. I've only eaten here once, but the food itself was definitely high quality. The crowd had a professional / business feel to it. This would also be a nice place to take a date if you enjoy a classy yet not uptight atmosphere. Two thumbs up!
